Australia WC 1974 Short Sleeve Retro Football Shirt

The Australian football team played their first World Cup finals in 1974 where they were drawn in Group A with hosts West Germany, Chile and East Germany. Although the Socceroos finished bottom of their group with just 1 point – a draw against Chile – performed honourably and picked up many fans in the meantime. It turned out to be their only World Cup finals appearance until the 2006 tournament, again hosted by Germany.
