Can a human who has led an immoral life find connection and redemption too?

Based on the acclaimed novel by Julia Leigh, The Hunter is a powerful psychological drama that tells the story of Martin (Willem Dafoe), a mercenary sent from Europe by a mysterious biotech company to the Tasmanian wilderness on a dramatic hunt for the last Tasmanian Tiger.

Directed by Daniel Nettheim, The Hunter stars Academy Award nominee Willem Dafoe (Antichrist, Spider-man, The English Patient, Platoon), Frances O’Connor (Artificial Intelligence: AI, Mansfield Park) and Sam Neill (The Dish, Jurassic Park, The Piano).

King of Devil’s Island [DVD] [Blu-Ray]

Based on a true story King Of Devil’s Island tells the unsettling tale of a group of young delinquents banished to the remote prison of Bastøy. Under the guise of rehabilitation the boys’ daily regime is dictated by mental and physical abuse at the hands of their wardens. The arrival of new boys Erling (Helstad) and Ivar (Magnus Langlete) spark a chain of events that ultimately ignite rebellion. King of Devil’s Island explores a sinister moment in Norwegian history that won’t be forgotten.

London 2012 Paralympic Games [DVD] [Blu-Ray]

A glorious conclusion to an unforgettable summer of sport, the London 2012 Paralympic Games was 11 days of awe-inspiring, heart-stopping sporting action that transfixed millions. The biggest Paralympic Games ever saw 4,200 athletes from 166 countries come together, including more than 300 British athletes, all of them searching for that elusive precious metal.

Ghost Stories for Christmas [DVD]

Broadcast in the dying hours of Christmas Eve, the BBC’s A Ghost Story for Christmas series was a fixture of the seasonal schedules throughout the 1970s. For ten years viewers were chilled and terrified by atmospheric literary adaptations as well as sinister contemporary tales. More recently the series was revived, to critical acclaim. With three suitably spooky episodes derived from the pen of the master of English ghost story MR James.

This definitive collection finally brings together all of the A Ghost Story for Christmas episodes, along with a number of essential extra features, and extensive booklets with essays, film notes and full credits.

The Five-Year Engagement [DVD] [Blu-Ray]

Judd Apatow-produced romantic comedy starring Emily Blunt and Jason Segel. Anglo-American couple Violet (Blunt) and Tom (Segel) fall in love and soon after decide to get married. But the wedding is repeatedly delayed by the various intricate and perplexing circumstances in which they find themselves, to the point where both parties – and their families – start to wonder if they are doing the right thing after all.

The Flying Swords of Dragon Gate [DVD] [Blu-Ray]

International action legend Jet Li stars in this action-packed martial arts epic. Three years after the infamous Dragon Inn was left in ruins, a new gang takes over, using it as their base to uncover a hidden treasure. But secrets lie within its walls, as a pregnant palace courtesan and a swordswoman take refuge from a determined royal who is determined to hunt them down. As an explosive mix of warriors, fugitives and assassins converge in the desert for a deadly showdown, only one man can protect the women – the mysterious Zhao (Jet Li). With eye-dropping special effects and stunning battle sequences, this martial arts masterpiece delivers knock-out action that has to be seen to be believed.

Men Behaving Badly: The Complete Collector’s Collection [DVD]

20 years after its first TV broadcast, the complete collection of Men Behaving Badly is now available in one definitive box set for the very first time. That’s all six classic series plus the hilarious final trilogy of feature length episodes ‘Last Orders’ and the riotous Christmas Special ‘Jingle Balls’. In addition, the rarely seen Comic Relief sketches from Red Nose Day ’97 & ’99 are included: ‘Kylie’ & ‘The Lost Pilot’ along with a fascinating new BBC radio documentary.
