How do I download the Emerald Dragon course? I ordered the game through Zavvi.

I too have received CE of this and have yet to receive any code for the Emerald Dragon course. Have also messaged zavvi customer service twice now and no response whatsoever. I actually canceled my order with another online shop so that I could get this exclusive. This is not exactly encouraging me to use Zavvi again for pre-order ‘exclusives’. Every other online store I have used have always released bonus codes on the day of release. Is there something I’m missing? there certainly was no code included in with the game or packaging.
