Generally speaking, this is a very clean steel, making it one of the better collectibles for this film because it doesn't have names and other words strewn all over it. I only took off a point because it isn't embossed... The color hues show up well under light. Recommended.

Little need be said about the classic film offered here, but wow, THIS STEELBOOK! The atmospheric cover art is breathtaking, reproducing the classic poster and portraying arguably the most iconic image of the film. The quality is unmatched, with vibrant colors radiating from the metal surface. The back cover is a continuation of the front artwork, and it works well. The inner art portrays the second-most iconic (and less interesting) image of the film (Marlon Brando's pensive portrait). While the extra discs included in this set are effectively region-free, the main BD with the actual film itself is region-B locked and does not play in my region-A locked North American PS3. U.S. collectors will need a region-free BD player to enjoy the film.

Excellent quality blu ray packed with extras and including the amazing documentary, great purchase from Zavii!

Just looks fantastic on Blu Ray and with all the extras is a must have.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this steelbook I would,excellent art and colour and the film itself is just fantastic,with over 150 steelbooks in my collection Apocalypse Now is a worthy addition and a must have for every collector

The steelbook makes this movie even more special. I love steelbooks, and this one was a no brainer for me. I would have bought the normal version of the movie with the 3 versions on it. But this came up in my email and it felt right. The design inside is awesome, iconic part from the film. Simply awesome, I don't need to review the film, you have probably seen it.

The steelbook cover is beautiful to look at. The movie itself should be familiar to almost anyone, so there is no need to talk about its quality. This edition includes both the theatrical and the redux versions of Apocalypse Now, and both are worth the watch.

i love the smell of napalm ,smells like victory. war at its worst or best from which side your viewing it from ,from in front of the cinema screen this is a visual masterpiece with possibly three of the finest actors ever sheen,Duvall and Brando, as for steel book itself its gorgeous get one before their gone

This steelbook is a great package. Especially for the price I picked it up for. Looks beautiful. For what you get as far as content is concerned, this Zavvi Edition is worth the purchase alone. If you've never seen "Heart Of Darkness", you're in for a ride. It's just as good as the film itself!

This is a monster of Greatness amongst War movie's definitely in the top 3 it plays with your mind in ways directors wished they could pull something off like this Masterpiece ★★★★★ is not enough to rate this steelbook & film. The steelbook itself is perfect in design as is the film in accomplishment. Loads of extras both theatrical-Redux. One for keeps!!!!. Nice one zavvi!
