When I saw the movie in theatres, I loved it - Imax 3D was amazing. So I was quite sceptical if the 3D of the Blu-ray would be great as well. And it is! Indeed, this is the best 3D Blu-ray I have ever bought (and I have a lot). Also the sound is blasting you away. Besides of this, the Steelbook is really really nice and therefore interesting for every collector, and the specials on the disc are very entertaining as well. The "Gravity" Steelbook is not cheap, but worth every cent you pay.

The steelbook was a steel for the price it was a bargin, its a stunning steelbook and great artwork. The film itself i wouldnt recommend watching it in 2D you have to watch it in 3D because it really makes the film come alive and it was brilliant in 3D

Absolutely loved this film. I am a big fan of the director, so was eagerly awaiting this film for years. It did not disappoint, saw it at the cinema with my wife & it blew both of us away. What an experience. As a film it is quite unlike anything you are likely to ever see. Visually breathtaking, technically incredible, it is an exhilarating roller coaster ride. But it's the heart of the film which most impresses. It never forgets that it is a character based human drama. Have seen it a couple of times more on bluray & it's still as exciting an experience as the first time. The human drama aspect grows with repeated viewing. The steelbook is a very nice affair, quite subtle & understated, with just the right artwork on the front & back. Would have preferred a little less writing on the covers. But it's still a lovely steelbook. The visual/audio quality of the film is superb & there is a massive almost 2 1/2 hour documentary which is fascinating & covers everything. So do not hesitate to buy this very special film & you won't be disappointed.

This is a beautiful steelbook. The movie itself is not super jam-packed with action, but it was a fantastic movie for any space fan!

Cuaron is the master cinematographer. I was in awe watching one of this previous moviews "Children of Men" and "Gravity" left me speechless again. Camera action, the way he constructs action and seamlessly merges CG effects with practical ones is eye-catching, inspiring and most of all very entertaining. + Always great experience when buying on zavvi. Kudos!
