Good value addition to my collection

Star Wars Clone Wars Season 3 has a great picture, great sound, great series.

Just watched all the episodes with my son, very enjoyable. The story arc is now starting to take shape, with some familiar characters appearing. Quality of images and sound are both excellent, however the packaging compared to seasons 1 and 2, feels a wee bit cheap. Overall, would still recommend the collection to any star wars or animation fan.

Brilliant series, and very clear graphics on blue ray!

Clone Wars is a kids animated series that fills in the gaps between Attack of the Clones and the Revenge of the Sith. It started off in a light bubbly sort of way as you would expect for a series aimed at children but this soon made way for powerful epic stories told over a huge backdrop of war and intrigue. By season 3 this has become the norm and the stories, beautifully created and animated, whilst easy for children to follow are full of subtleties for adults to enjoy. The action moves rapidly and the visuals are superb, an excellent set for fans of star wars and action in general.

I enjoyed this season but not as much as season 2. They are great at this price, but not worth the entire RRP.

Season three of Clone Wars is pretty entertaining stuff, but fans will really appreciate is the Clone Wars series FINALLY being released with lossless DTS HD-MA audio, which sounds fabulous! Highly recommended!

I caught these originally on Sky and subsequently bought every blu-ray set. I thought they were very good, better than the movies that spawned them (Episodes 1-3). The picture quality is perfect and the DTS Master Audio spectacular! Not many extras, but to be honest I bought these for the episodes themselves. The only real drawback is that the new packaging isn't as good as previous editions (just a flimsy cardboard sleeve, with traditional Blu-ray box inside.)
