Linkin Park's album "A Thousand Suns" is yet another brilliantly innovative record created by Linkin Park, featuring the raw and powerful trademark vocals of singer Chester Bennington combined with Mike Shinoda's rapping, along with their distinctive distorted guitar and heavy emotive melodies.
This album contains the single "The Catalyst", a roaring electronic masterpiece.

A shameful waste
I for one, have been a fan of Linkin Park for a number of years now and last year when Minutes to Midnight was released i bought it and was not a big fan of it. At that point I felt that the album was lacking some of their old style and then a while later they released the catalyst, vocals only 1minute teaser and I became somewhat more optimistic about this new album so when it was released I went out and bought it and im afraid to say was thoroughly disappointed. My advice if your unsure about purchasing this album is this, if you enjoyed minutes to midnight and would like to hear Linkin park performing a new style of music then go ahead and check this out. However, if you are like me and preferred Hybrid Theory and Meteroa then stay away, other than a few tracks this will disappoint.

renewed love
This album has been something that a lot of people I'm sure have been eagerly anticipating and let me tell you, it does not disappoint. A thousand suns has renewed my love for Linkin Park and their music, its fresh, modern and has a nice mix of songs throughout the album, so there is something for everyone. A must buy!!.
