Don't worry. Our help facility aims to answer your questions as easily and fully as possible. Select 'Help' from the top right hand side of the website and choose from the list of questions. If you still have any other questions remaining you can click on 'Contact Us' at the bottom of each help page.

From here you will be requested to 'Register' where you will be asked to complete your email information and some relevant details. You can then submit your question to our Customer Service team. You will receive a response to your email address and also to your account (see explanation of our New Message Centre for further information).
