Hi, Nadia here! I know how hard it can be to lose weight, I have been there! I really thought I wouldn't be able to do it but I have, and I can honestly say I have never felt so confident, fit and healthy! I'd been looking for a workout DVD to do alongside my new diet and thought this one looked good, as I used to be a big Steps fan. I always watch new exercise DVD's through once before attempting the workout, and watching these two for the first time, I thought- I'm never going to be able to do this! But once you get going the time just flies by, and before you know it you've completed the workout. Don't get me wrong, it's hard work and was sweating loads by the end. But the music's great and I really enjoyed it! Not tried Nadia's yet, but looks very similar, just without the Steps music. They also both have a feature where you can select to do just one section of the DVD, with the warm up and cool down at the beginning and end. As a mum of a two year old, this is great! I would never have time to do the whole thing at once, so this lets you do it in half hour..ish workouts-Brilliant!!
