You can choose to do 1 mile or both miles, each mile is 15 minutes. Or you can do the miles and the exercises afterwards and again one or both lots of exercise. If you do it all it takes about an hour. It's not strenuous but it does make you sweat and breathe a little heavy. I'm not overweight, I just have a bit of belly that hasn't gone from the birth of my son, and he's 22 months now! I've only done it a few times and only once the whole way through but I do think it will do the job nicely in terms of reducing my belly. She's not annoying and it's easy to follow so go for it if need to trim up.
