Usual Peter Kay - Very Funny

If you like Peter Kay then this doesn't disappoint. The only issue is that it's a bit short.

Another outstanding performance from, without doubt, one of Britain's best-loved comedians. Peter Kay's timing is superb and this DVD has to be his best one to date. Starts off hilarious and it just gets funnier and funnier. If you've seen him perform before then you'll buy this - and if you haven't seen him, you don't know what you're missing! Five stars, no problem!

Peter Kay is a great entertainer. After seven years away, he's back with the same brand of straightforward home-spun observations he's always peddled, although they didn't seem to make quite the same connection with the audience as they once did. But Peter Kay is still a genius!! I love the way he takes everyday The life and turns it into what I feel is a never-ending laughter roller coaster. I watched this with friends and we were all agreeing with what he was saying whilst laughing out loud Yet by pulling out all the pyrotechnics for a full-on rock and roll finale, he ensured a near-unanimous standing ovation from a sold-out arena.

Well what can i say?! The dvd was absolutely brilliant. Peter Kay delivers his act with precise timing, so as to grab the audience, again and again. Just when you think you can't laugh any more and your sides ache, tears are streaming down your face, BANG!! he throws another scene or line, without particularly having to say anything, he is just moving around stage. On one particular scene, when he is trying to watch the TV with his wife and she gets a very long phone call, he mimes his reaction and his wife's. I laughed and laughed, he just delivers so perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend this dvd, it would make a brilliant christmas present. you'll never look at life in the same way again!!! .

Peter Kay Live: The tour that didn't tour

This was a brilliant reminder of a wondeful night we spent at the O2 earlier this year. Peter Kay at his very best, I remember leaving with sore ribs and a make up streaked face through laughing so much! My only disppointment is that the 'misheard song lines' was missing from the DVD film, I suppose for copyright reasons this had to be the case, that segment was one of my highlights of the night, shame that bit cannot be re-lived. This would cheer even Scrooge up, highly recommended.
