This personal dance class simplifies the moves so that people of all ages - and all capabilities - can join in at home and get to grips with the moves. Once you've learned the steps, join the professionals in the 'Dancefloor' section of the DVD - so you can get really confident before you take your new routines out on the town.
The DVD also features a dancers' stretching tutorial and three dance 'showcases': Cha Cha, Salsa and Rhumba. Plus, the disc will feature added fun extras such as Strictly make-up tips and wardrobe styling so you can take to the dancefloor like a Strictly Star!
