Tekken 3D Prime Edition will see the famous King of Iron Fist Tournament fought in the third-dimension for the first time, with the unique functionality of the Nintendo 3DS delivering a more realistic and dynamic Tekken™ experience. Players will choose from among more than 40 characters and do battle on totally new stages alongside others redesigned especially for Nintendo 3DS. Tekken 3D Prime Edition will make the most of the Wi-Fi functionality of the Nintendo 3DS, and deliver fast-paced dynamic battles with impressive graphics running at a high frame rate.
For the first time on Nintendo 3DS, a full-length CG movie will be available on the game cartridge. Tekken Blood Vengeance is produced by Digital Frontier (Resident Evil: Degeneration, Death Note, Appleseed) and directed by Youichi Mouri (opening movies for Tekken 5 and Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion). Taking the history and legacy of the Tekken universe into a full-length CG movie, Tekken Blood Vengeance will be included on the Tekken 3D Prime Edition cartridge, in full 3D.

Tekken 3D: Prime Edition
I am a lover of the Tekken game franchise and absolutely love Tekken 3D: Prime Edition. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie that is included on the game cartridge. The game itself, I found to be lacking in single player options, as there is not a story mode to speak of really. It is missing many of the fun little extras seen on many of the other Tekken games such as Tekken Force Mode or Tekken Ball mode. Instead, it focuses on a survivor kind of gameplay. The online multiplayer is great, and I never struggled to find somebody to play against, however I would have liked to see some other options such as team battle mode etc. In my opinion, Street Fighter or DOA Dimensions is a better fighter choice for the 3DS, this game could have been brilliant, but several factors hold it within the "good" category for me.

Tekken 3D Review
Good price, fast delivery, great packaging. Very pleased that it came a day before it's release. The game itself awesome. I like how the developers managed to retain the 60fps with the 3D still on. Gameplay is fast paced and smooth. The graphics are great. A little bit disappointed with the short lack of modes, but the survival mode more than makes up for it, as it is a fighting game at the end of the day, so lack of modes isn't that bad. The addition of all 40 characters is great, as well as the full length Tekken movie in 3D. Overall, the game is fun to play. I personally wouldn't play it all the time, but it's a good game to play on the bus, etc. Very pleased with the game and I hope to see more Tekken games on the 3DS in future.

Tekken 3D Prime Edition
The 3D effect in Tekken 3D is nice, and the graphics is brilliant, but there are only 2 single player modes, which is quite a let-down. If you want to play online multi-player, I don't recommend you play this game, as it lags at all time. The only thing you can do with "Street-pass" is trade the collected cards and nothing more, and the cards are all made up of screenshots from the movie scenes within, and the game's characters. The movie itself is nice, but I can't see any 3D effects on anything but the subtitles. All in all, I'd say that this game is only nice if you want to train yourself in single player mode.
