Batman: Arkham City is based on DC Comics’ core Batman license and is set in Arkham City, the new maximum security “home” for all of Gotham City’s thugs, gangsters and insane criminal masterminds. Featuring an incredible Rogues Gallery of Gotham City’s most dangerous criminals including Catwoman, The Joker, The Riddler, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, The Penguin, Mr. Freeze and many others, the game allows players to genuinely experience what it feels like to be The Dark Knight delivering justice on the streets of Gotham City.

Very good game with unique gamepad interaction, some less performance issues.
Wow, its cool to be a Batman.
Darksiders II is the best adventure to inaugurate the purchase of Wii U, even Batman alone is worth the purchase of the console!
Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition (Wii U) is an amazing game! It has a strong story and good interaction with the Wii U game pad.
Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition is one of the greatest adventure games available on Wii U. It is a well done version so graphics look great even if the game was not originally designed for the Wii U. There is a lot to do in Arkham City. The game is so good that it is the second in the series and will not be the last! People really liked the first two so hopefully we will still be getting awesome Batman games like this.
I played Batman: Arkham City on PC, but Wii U really enhances the game. You never felt like Batman until you get batman gadget's in your hands, and the Wii U game pad puts Batman's gadgets in your hands. The port looks very nice, and the frame rate is stable. This is a must buy for any Wii U owner that didn't play the game on other platforms.
Wow, what a game this is! I must admit I've missed the last HD generation of gaming after trading in my Xbox 360 for a Wii when my kids came along (wanted something more family friendly) so I was blown away by how good this game is when I got it on my Wii U. I'd not played Arkham Asylum before (as that wasn't on the Wii) but I found this game really easy to pick up. There are a fair amount of controls to master but once you pick them up you'll be swooping around Arkham City in no time, bashing goons heads in and encountering a vast range of Batman villains. I really enjoyed the stealth aspect to the game, it really makes you think about how you can clear a room or move around Gotham without being detected and meeting your objectives. The game is packed full of content, from the main missions to the side quests and Riddler trophies to collect, not to mention the extra DLC available on the disc. One other bonus is the option to play just on the Game-pad, though you don't get the big picture your HD television gets you, if you lose control of the TV to your other half whilst she wants to watch some reality TV show at least you can carry on gaming without any hassle. Overall, if you love Batman or open world adventure type games this is a must and a great addition to Nintendo's HD gaming revolution.
