  • Grab the GamePad and play as Bowser for the first time in the series. In Bowser Party mini-games, one player gets to be the fire-breathing Bowser as he tries to burn, bonk or blast other players away. Up to four players use Wii Remote controllers to cooperate and survive as they confront the Bowser player, who is using the Wii U GamePad. It's four against one, and being a party pooper has never been so much fun!
  • Control Bowser in a variety of ways with the Wii U GamePad. In Bowser's Bad Breath, for example, the Bowser player moves the GamePad around to aim and shoot fireballs at the other players while they attempt to dodge them.
  • Colors and textures pop off the screen as the Mario Party series leaps into high definition for the first time.
  • Enjoy new mini-games in classic Mario Party style with up to four players.*

Great game

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

At first I wasn't sure about purchasing this as I already own mario party 8 and was worried that they might be very similar. I decided to purchase it and I am glad that I did. Mario party 10 is not like the previous versions, there are new additions like being able to play as bowser , all the board games are new and unique, and the way you play the game is very different. If you like the mario series I would certainly recommend this game, and it is best if more than one person can play it.

Lots of fun

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

It is great fun, have played several of the other Mario party games and this rates up there with them. Lots of new mini games to play & very easy to control. They only moan is that player one seems to get preferential treatment in the mini games so if two players both click the same card for example the system will always give it to player one. My son is always player one so he loves this as you can imagine!

Ok

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Haven't played the Mario Party series before. Think it's an ok game with good graphics. But many of the mini games are too easy and it becomes a bit too repetitive. The bowser mode is a good idea but I don't think the mini games in that mode are that good, and I usually prefer the other game modes. Nice though to play badminton even though it's a very simple version of it.

Good addition to Mario Clan

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Good new game, graphic have increased since previous Mario titles. Similar to Mario Party 8/9 but with new mini-games and ability to play as Bowser. Nice that you can choose different game lengths as previous ones have been quite long, these tend to last around 30mins. If you like the previous Mario Party's you will like this one.

Its ok

I've not played a Mario Party game since number 4. I'm not entirely sure why they changed the format to "everyone moves as one" outside of bowser party and it really does make it dull. Bowser Party was good fun the 4 star rating is pretty much down to that. The amiibo party is a really really uninspired version of how mario party used to be, everyone one moves independently, coins are used for stars again, but the boards are just small squares and have a lazy pointless gimmick or two on them. Its not a bad game and we did have fun playing for an hour roughly (mainly bowser party) its just disappointing. The Wii U can't really afford to have disappointing games if it wants to compete with PS4 and XBOX ONE.

I think having the ability to play with the Amiibo's gives it a whole new meaning to the game. Each character has its own added ability which helps alot when a component is ranked higher than yourself. The backgrounds you have to choose from are pretty amazing too and I hope they add some more game's to use the Amiibo's. There is so many game's out there that could achieve so much more using these. The Amiibo's are a way to the future

Awesome game

This gives HOUUUUUUURRRSSS of entertainment for kids (and adults.. I suppose), its a fantastic game like re-living ya own teens playing this. As a father of two kids now its great watching them play something I too enjoyed as a teenager. Nintendo really know how to make great family based games! Get it, won't regret it!
