Star Wars: The Old Republic brings you an incredibly intense and visually breathtaking MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) game addition in the legendary Star Wars saga, as this game takes you back to the beginning of the rebellion and the start of the seemingly never ending warfare. This story is set thousands of years before the rise of Darth Vader and his rule of terror, when the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire have divided the galaxy with their fight.

With a range of classic Star Wars characters to choose from, you can decide which side you want to fight for, from Jedi to Sith and everyone inbetween. The actions you take throughout your story will influence your overall personal outcome, as you will have decisions to make that will define you as being on either the light or dark side of the Force. Every person you encounter on your travels can either be friend or foe, willing to help defend you or betray you in a heartbeat, depending on your actions towards them and in your tale. You can also choose to visit various planets within the galaxy with the help of a starship, which you will gain during the main storyline, and explore the stars of these intriguing worlds.

Battle sequences in this game are both visually incredible and engaging, completely immersing you in your combat as you fight side by side with other characters in order to defeat whatever challenge arises. As well as the energetic and high adrenaline battles and main storyline to follow, there are also a wide range of other activities to participate in. These include personal improvements to be made on your character, PVP, as well as dungeons and raids (Flashpoints and Operations) to explore and take part in, alongside looting and crafting to be done.
