Sleeping Dogs catapults players into the role of undercover cop Wei Shen, tasked with taking down one of the world’s most fearsome criminal organisations from the inside... the Hong Kong Triads. As players explore the bustling and crowded Hong Kong island, through its neon-lit side streets and sprawling street markets, an incredible story unfolds of loyalty and betrayal, where Wei begins to question his own motives as he is sucked in deeper than he could ever imagine.
Sleeping Dogs is the most intense and immersive experience it can be. Offering players an island packed with action, every street corner, market stall, harbour dock or city skyscraper can become an opportunity for intense shoot outs, adrenaline fuelled street races and intense, brutal martial arts combat. Featuring one of the most intuitive and imaginative combat systems, Sleeping Dogs empowers players to perform an extensive set of martial arts moves, singlehandedly taking on numerous opponents. Players perform bone-crunching kicks and combos, vicious counters and a cinematic set of environmental takedowns making use of countless real world items from circular saws to phone booths, incinerators to refrigerator doors.

Excellent mix between GTA and Yakuza! Superb japanese atmosphere and a captivating story!
Sleeping Dogs is a very good open world game.
The game play is much better than GTA. I only wish the conversations were all in chinese to make the game more realistic.
Sleeping Dogs is really awesome. The story is more engaging, and Hong Kong is beautiful. The game play is intuitive and the combos make it more fun, pushing the player to their limits.
Sleeping Dogs is a great game.
Sleeping Dogs is a great game, with interesting game play. The game play revolves around close combat and a bit of parkour occasionally on driving sequences. Firearms are an optional. It falls a bit in driving sequences though. Once you get used to the driving it gets better. It's definitely worth buying.
Sleeping Dogs is just one awesome game, there's so much to do and it's implemented in such a nice way. Beating up the goons is so satisfying. This game features a good storyline and gameplay.
Imagine an open world like GTA in Hong Kong, with an intense story driven game-play. Police corruption, Triads, racing, cock-fights and much more. Don't think, just buy the game!
Sleeping Dogs is a great game! If you're a fan of GTA or L.A. Noire, you'll love this.
Sleeping Dogs is a must buy and it comes at a great price.
Sleeping Dogs is hands down an excellent game. Regardless of whether you are more interested in driving, shooting, melee fighting or even character customising, the game provides it in abundance! First of all, the story itself is pretty captivating and it escalates with every new mission. In order to progress within the story, you have to drive several different vehicles (including motorcycles, sports cars and speedboats), beat up lots of guys and shoot up even more, but all this does not get repetitive and in many cases you find yourself neglecting the actual missions and getting caught in endless vehicle stealing, driving and sidequest searching. Overall, Sleeping Dogs is one of the year's best releases, and is a game that will appeal to almost every gamer's taste and will keep you in front of your screen for a long, long time.
The perfect mixture of Gran Thef Auto, batman and jackie chan very interesting game and plenty of entertainment you must be an yakuza or policeman, choose your game and enjoy.
Sleeping Dogs is a great game that brings a lot of fun.
Sleeping Dogs is a great game! It has an excellent atmosphere, good graphics and an exciting story.
I loved Sleeping Dogs, and I rank this as the second best third person open world game (after Vice City). There was so much to do and the story was intriguing and interesting. It kept me on the edge of my seat. The Hong Kong setting was an awesome choice. This game is simply amazing!
Sleeping Dogs offers me all the things I missed whilst playing Just Cause 2. It has a compact world that's filled with dozens of interesting things to do, and its core battle mechanics hold much more finesse to them than JC2's rampant shooting. Though it is not perfect. In Sleeping Dogs, the combat feels unresponsive at times, and one of the bigger downsides I think is how the enemies become practically immune to your strikes when locked into their red-tinted, striking animation. It's because of this that you can't really go all-out with the combat system, since at any time they can break your sweet combos like this. You can mostly counter it with your counter button, but sometimes it doesn't register, especially if you're in the middle of a striking animation of your own. These issues don't break the system, but it is a downside. The plot is more or less interesting. You are a Chinese-born cop, who's spent his last 15 years in the States becoming an undercover cop there. Now you are tasked with finding hard evidence against the triads of Hong Kong. The voice acting and presentation, overall, is of better quality than in most games, although you don't quite get a totally authentic Chinese-feel. Sometimes it practically feels you're playing GTA in an American city with lots of Chinese gangsters in it. Still, take it as it is and it's good.
Sleeping Dogs is fun to play. I didn't play for years, but now I'm really stuck on this. I've just played for 3 hours and that's a lot for me.
Sleeping Dogs is a great Game. You can fight your way through the streets of Hong Kong.
Well this game is like GTA IV with most of the bad aspects of the game improved. Driving is much easier and you can actually fire your weapon and drive at the same time, because you get in slow motion and you can enjoy these parts of the game (which were really hard/boring in GTA IV). The other thing is the hand to hand system which is way more fun and complex than GTA, it looks like batman's with counter and combos, really enjoyable. You can throw people in the trash, in fish tanks and in many other pieces of the scenery which is quite enjoyable. The story is good, more than 20 hours to finish the game, more than 30 if you want to go to 100%. You can also improve your character by 5 different ways : 2 kinds of objects to find and 3 xp bars (police/trade/general reputation). There are lots of thing to do in the open world city, you can explore the whole map when you want and find different items, events and even date some girls. I totally recommend it.
Sleeping Dogs has beautiful graphics with nice and smooth gameplay. The Fighting System works well but the Gun Controll is a little bit ... ahhmm .. its not quite the best in my opinion.
