Borderlands is the perfect game with friends. With a lot of weapon, quest, abilities. A mix of genres, first person shooter and RPG's. You can build you're character while advancing with levels. Online or Offline, Multi or Solo, you will sure have fun with it. Just buy it and try!

Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition
I could not believe what a good price I managed to find Borderlands at Zavvi. The best thing about this game, is the co-op mode. It's crazy fun playing with friends. The story is interesting enough, the gameplay is solid, and the replay value is just great! This game is a must buy for anyone enjoying a good shooter or open-world game, to enjoy with friends.

What a game!
At first I was worried about the visual style of the Borderlands but now I really like it! It looks very good - like the world from the Mad Max series. And what a game! I haven't played a game like it since Diablo 2! Fantastic looting and with all of the dlc's it is easily over 100 hours of addictive and high class action! Buy it, what are you waiting for?

Great game
GOTY edition is simply great value - you get 4 DLCs along with the original game. The game is really good - especially when playing in co-op with your friend. The style is pretty cool as well - looks more like comics. The only drawback for me is that all the enemies respawn every time you get back to different areas where you've been before. Not the brightest idea considering that you spend your money on upgrades and bullets, so killing them again and again is not only repetitive but is "expensive". This is only actual when playing alone - co-op is flawless even with this repetition.

This game is full of adventure and exciting action. If you want a game where you can go around destroying everybody with a range of guns from machine guns to pistols that fire rockets this is the game for you! I bought this game in 2008 and still play it because of the increasingly harder campaign, the way the game changes is amazing.

Borderland is one of the greatest FPS ever created. An incredible mix of First Person Shooter and Role Playing Game, with a very engaging post-apocalyptic world, a bestiary rich and varied, lots of missions of any kind, millions of different weapons randomly created and Much More! The graphics, soundtrack, longevity, everything is of the highest quality, with a very catchy multiplayer mode ! The GOTY version adds new enemies, new original lands, and hours of games and more in perspective... A must have !

Great FPS
Brilliant FPS well worth having ,all DLCs with it, you will get addicted to Borderlands, ask for the price you can't go wrong because alone the DLCs included would cost over £25 not including the game, even though the graphics are different to most games of this type you will soon get used to them after a while of playing. My personal favourite part of the game is the random weapons generator which gives you thousands of different weapons throughout your game world. I wouldn't personally compare it that much to Fallout as it has a different style to the game, but having spent over a 100 hours playing Fallout 3 and over 50 hours playing Borderlands they are similar but not close enough to say if you like one you will like the other.

Perfect FPS/RPG mix
Borderlands retains the best elements of Fallout 3, leveling, skills, open RPG environment, and the first person shooter behavior and ridiculous weapons variety of Modern Warfare, all wrapped up in an orignal and creative style. The opportunities for developing a unique character based on the choices you make in the game are nearly infinite. I love this game, a must buy!

Brilliant shooter
Probably one of the best FPS around though maybe not the absolute best but who cares. Its definately worth it as the Game of the Year range shows with loads of add on's and with its multiple playthrough option its a keeper. I haven't tried the co-op but that looks mad as well so for those that are into online multiplayer you should check this out as you may miss out on something spectacular.
