Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow takes place at the end of days. The Earth's alliance with the Heavens has been threatened by a dark and malevolent force - the mysterious Lords Of Shadow - darkness reigns the world. Across this shattered land, the souls of the dead wander unable to find peace, whilst creatures of evil roam free wreaking chaos and death upon the living.
Gabriel is a member of the Brotherhood Of Light, an elite group of holy knights who protect and defend the innocent against the supernatural. His beloved wife was brutally murdered by the evil forces of darkness and her soul trapped for eternity. Neither living nor dead she realises the horrific truth of what is at stake and guides Gabriel to his destiny - and hopefully salvation for the world... but at what cost?
Thus, Gabriel must travel the destroyed world, defeating the evil tyrants in order to use their powers to bring balance back to the world. Armed with the versatile Combat Cross - the world's last hope must encounter the three factions of the Lords Of Shadow and end their unholy rule.

One of the Best Game ever seen in Videogames world....simple a Must Have!
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is a great game. The story is long and the combat is fun. There are some frame rate issues, but nothing to worry about. The graphics are great. I would recommend this game to all fans of hack and slash games.

It's a great adventures game. Platforms and action are well combined, very good graphics and the environments are wonderful. The story is well crafted and long, and it can be replayed at any step. A nice buy!
When Kojima Productions is behind a new product, you must have a good feeling about the product. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow has broken all my expectations, it's really amazing and a must have in your collection for a very cheap price!
Kojima productions - The name speaks for itself. One of the masters of the Japanese gaming scene done it again. The new design and perspective are a bit strange at first (considering Symphony of The Night), but besides that, the game is explained in one word - masterpiece. I'm waiting for the 2nd part to see how the story ends/continues.
It's like God of War, it's really really good and different from the other games in the series. If you like third person combat (like god of war) you should give Castlevania a try! You won't be disappointed and with the new game on the horizon (Castlevania lords of shadows 2) which looks promising, you should play this game even more!
