More hours in the day needed to play this game...
I have a policy not to buy console games until they cost less than £20 unless their name starts with the phrase ' The elder scrolls'. Having played this game I'm adding '...or Sacred' to that exclusive list. It's refershing to get a console release of a title of genuine depth and replayability that doesn't make you feel short changed. There is absolutely no reason why console gamers shouldn't have access to such open ended games as this. Most developers seem to think putting 'Acheivements' or unlockable maps in a game makes it worth playing again, I dissagree. Here you get 6 Playable characters and each can be devloped in so many different ways which genuinely affect how you play the game. Add to this the multiple storylines and you have one huge experience for your money. Rant over... If you like RPG's and hate turn based combat and are sick of the pale, shallow games that are churned out these days then get this game. There are a couple of niggles with loading time so I should have liked to have given it 4 & 1/2 stars. These, however, do not really detract from an experience that will eat hours and hours (etc) of your life. To sum up: Buy it,buy it,buy it.........
