PhD Nutrition Pharma-Blend 6 Hr is primarily effective as a pre-bedtime protein meal, however it can also be used at stages throughout the day when eating every 2-3 hours is not an option, or cannot be achieved. Directions of use: Add 2 rounded scoops to 300-350ml ice cold water or milk and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
