A polished classic
Richard Curtis has written a few similar and very good scripts since but the original Four Weddings and a Funeral is still the best. Almost everyone has seen it and Andie MacDowell aside it works so well, and lends itself to repeat viewings. The DVD was very lacklustre and the step up to Blu-ray is well worth it. It's a much better picture and great sound. The extras are also worth a look. All in all a great purchase.
