Open the Malt
Within a few minutes of putting on this movie I was tucking into a nice glass of Oban malt whisky. It seemed the right thing to do. Whether it has coloured my judgement or not I'm not sure. I saw this movie many years ago as a kid in England. Was it as good as I remember. Yes. Did I enjoy it? Yes. Glad I bought the blu-ray? Yes. All the boxes are ticked. History lesson aside, the film remains eminently watchable and enjoyable today. Great restoration efforts have been made. This film is a must-see.
