Wonders of Life

Prof. Brian Cox delivers yet again another series in an easy going way that is informative & yet not too overpowering in the he explains complicated matters. I am looking forward to his new series starting soon on the BBC.

Brian Cox - Wonders Of Life

I must have watched the past two series of Wonders of Life over 10 times through, and once again, as always, Brian's enthusiasm and clarity only serve to enhance the stunning BBC photography. Only after watching the 'Wonders' series do I realise what is missing from Attenborough documentaries. Where David makes the shallowest attempts to tell us why the natural world is as we see it. Cox, with the same infectious enthusiasm and perfect delivery, takes it one step further. In Wonders of Life, he not only shows us these wonders, he explains how they came to be, linking their existence right back to the Big Bang. He explains the physics and chemistry behind the extraordinary natural world. He takes us from the common ancestor through evolution, and then back to the elements that make it all possible, explaining it all in a way that anyone can understand. This is a must see!
