Don't get fooled!
This re-release of the 1990 version of Captain America is obviously hoping to cash-in on the success of last year's big budget movie and I dread to think how many children have been disappointed when their well meaning Granny has bought this DVD for them. The movie itself isn't totally awful but despite the best efforts of all concerned the films low budget hampers it. Matt Salinger (son of Catcher in the Rye author J.D.) is okay in the title role but doesn't have the quality of script, director or funding that Chris Evans had for the 2011 film. Young children will find it unintentionally funny and its really only worth owning if you are a total Marvel completest.
