Funny

Dylan is back as relaxed as ever, but keen to poke fun at everyone in the audience..which is at time uncomfortable. Although the laughs are there, it's hard to miss the thought provoking stabs at the modern world. It's not roll off the seat funny, but it does offer some reflective jokes for those 30/40 somethings who will relate to many of the topics covered.. Some will prefer his older jokes which are based around everyday pointlessness and drunken stupidity, but if you reflect on modern politics, the changes that come with age, technology and modern world you will appreciate where he is coming from.

"It's a cake, it's a cake."

Easily his best live DVD, even surpassing the brilliant "Monster". If you're middle-aged, you will recognise Dylan's observations on exercise, memory, modern action films with Jason Statham, modern art and eating cake...; "You eat this as a child and you just convert it into extra miles to run. When you've been around a while, you eat this and you instantly convert it into extra pall-bearers". And if you're not middle-aged yet, just watch and enjoy...before you get there.
