As of this morning, Nintendo 3DS users across the UK and Europe are able to directly connect to over 25,000 Wi-Fi hotspots, and the service is completely free. To be able to access this new wireless ‘Nintendo Zone’ you’ll first need to update your 3DS with the latest firmware patch, which also went live this morning. If you’re not sure how to do that, instructions are below….
Nintendo Zone is a free location based, interactive service that allows you to access exciting content including upcoming trailers of games in 2D and 3D, product information, 2D and 3D screenshots, Nintendo 3DS game demos and free video clips.
