Dante’s Peak is considered the second most desirable place to live in America, but that won’t be true for much longer! Pierce Brosnan (GoldenEye, Mrs. Doubtfire) stars in this high octane adventure as Harry Dalton a volcanologist coping with the recent death of his wife. Harry is set a task to investigate possible volcanic activity and discovers that Dante’s Peak is at major risk as a volcano that hasn’t been live for years will soon erupt.
Now a mass panic sets in and the town find themselves fleeing to save their lives. But who will make it out alive?
Co-starring Linda Hamilton (Terminator, Terminator 2) as Mayor Rachel Wando, who finds herself teamed up and fighting for her life with Harry.

Dante's Peak erupts onto Blu-ray
Dante's Peak is one of my all time favourites, then when I noticed it had finally erupted onto Blu-ray, it was a must have. The quality and sound is just what you would expect from a Blu-ray transfer of the films age. You do notice grain, but it has that great high definition look you would expect. Overall, this is a must, and Zavvi sells it at a great price!
