"Nice girls don't wear cha-cha heels!"

An absolute pleasure (and hoot) to sit through. The best film of John Waters' early catalogue. Featuring iconic scenes such as Divine playing a teen girl who gets raped and impregnated by a trailer trash redneck (also played by Divine), Mink Stole playing a snotty nosed little brat who in a surprising bit of character development, joins the Hare Krishna and an infamous art show performance by Divine that will never be matched! To summarise, this film will change your life.
