Decent western trilogy and great service

A decent if not so well known trilogy of westerns from eureka. Good transfers, special features and package as usual. Very quick delivery and competitive price from zavvi as usual. Five stars

1 classic, 2 sequels that enjoyable enough

Eureka is probably the most underrated label out there, this is a must pick up for spaghetti western fans

Sabata is amazing!

This is the first time I've seen the Sabata trilogy and I loved the story and action! The packaging is really nice and the added booklet revealed other films that I might like to watch similar to Sabata.

Lee Van Cleef: The Alt. Western Icon

While CLINT EASTWOOD was happy to ride the wave of success that LEONE's DOLLARS TRILOGY created for him, LEE VAN CLEEF opted to remain in Italy where the roles were plum, and the offers were coming in thick and fast. Among VAN CLEEF's many notable spaghetti western roles was his performance as gunman SABATTA, and though he only appeared in two of the three movies produced, the role would typify what audiences came to expect from the actor. While many Italian contributions to genre cinema are often of low production value and quality of performances, you can always be assured the westerns are excellent, and SABATTA is no exception.
