When a travelling troupe of performers accept a commission from the mysterious Count Drago (Christopher Lee: Dracula, The Wicker Man), and fail to heed the warnings of a local witch (Donald Sutherland: M*A*S*H, Don’t Look Now), they find themselves trapped in the Castle of the Living Dead.
Terror ensues as they are picked off one by one as the Count enacts a diabolical scheme: the perversion of science to achieve immortality.

Nice!
I was very glad to find this edition of CASTLE OF THE LIVING DEAD. It has a few very nice extras, and the picture/sound are the best I've seen with this particular movie.The movie itself is hit-or-miss (mostly 'hit', IMHO). But then again, it's Christopher Lee, so you know it can't be all bad! Anyway, if you're already a fan of the man or the movie, it's worth picking up this DVD. If not, wait for it to go on sale, and STILL pick it up.
