The Rise and Rise of Michael Rimmer

Peter Cook plays Michael Rimmer, a brilliant per-incarnation of Tony Blair and the application of marketing to party politics. Cook and a bevy of British stars (including John Cleese and Denholm Elliot) satirize the Tory and Labour parties and the British propensity to leave politics to the professionals, even as we complain about how they do it. Not to be missed.
