A young woman is released from hospital after receiving treatment for a cancer that she is unlikely to recover from. With the treatment having caused her hair to fall out her sister, Ji-Hyeon buys her a wig in an attempt to give her more confidence. It appears that the wig is having the right effect when Su-Hyeon embraces a new lease of life. Soon the changes in her sister's behaviour and appearance causes concern to Ji-Hyeon and she comes to the conclusion that the wig is cursed and is manipulating its new owner to fulfill its own terrifying purpose.
