Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is the innovative game brought to you by CyberConnect2, which pulls together the Naruto Shippuden saga in its entirety. This adrenaline fuelled game encapsulates both of the generations played out in both of the incredible Naruto games. The younger generation of Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm, where Naruto is just a hot headed young kid, is merged with the second generation of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, in which Naruto is older but still as quick tempered and wild as ever.
Generations continues the tale of Naruto and his journey through life, but with a twist. This brilliant game has taken all your favourite characters from both of the previous games in the series, allowing a wide selection to choose from as for the first time ever all are playable in story mode. This means whole new worlds are now open for you to explore, as each character's own adventures are now available to play through and experience, and you can watch as they intertwine with Naruto's own story.
Alongside all of the keenly developed storyline and character plot content, the battle systems have also been revamped and upgraded to match the high degree of quality that is featured throughout the rest of Generations. The various tweaks that have been added in to the battle sequences allows both the experienced and even the beginner Naruto player to pick up the technicalities of gameplay quickly. However, despite the slight alterations, the fighting styles remain true to the traditions set within the previous Naruto games, with easy accessibility and of course, fun!
This high standard of quality is amply shown in the incredible combat breakdowns, with visually intense and exhilarating animations and cinematics. Each attack combo and various button bashing techniques play well together in order to deliver absolutely devastating attacks on your opponents, with the added help of being able to use shuriken in battle, as well as other actions including jumping. In order to truly eviscerate your foe, make sure you use the chakra energy you gain from these actions, which when built up can combine with your attacks to increase their power tenfold.
Each battle will keep you on the edge of your seat as you fight your way to the top of the Ultimate Ninja ranks, fighting against every friend and foe you have ever come across in any previous Naruto game, manga, or anime. (Cat Emerson)

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is awesome, I bought it for my little brother and he absolutely loved it! Awesome game. I recommend anyone to buy the game
If you like Naruto then you must have this game. Excellent battle system, many characters and assist-characters, survival and tournament mode, you'll always find something to do!
This title may not be as good as the other two before it, but it's still worth playing if you like the fighting mechanics (it's polished now and features a way better online mode) and if you're a Naruto fan in general (it features a lot of exclusive never seen before animé footage). For me, it was an instant buy. Just don't expect giant cinematic boss fights.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is a very fun game to play, with tons of playable characters to choose from! Playing this with your friends is really enjoyable and fun to have a laugh and beat each other up!
A very good game ideal for all naruto fans!
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is perfect. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Great buy! My daughter loves this game. Excellent price, too.
it's an Great game one it recommend to anyone who likes fast passed fighting games, but with a little bit of fun and anime to it.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is overall a very fun and balanced game, there are a few characters that are a bit overpowered but generally if you're playing with friends you quickly learn who not to use if you want to keep said friends. Solo game modes are rich and varied, with Story Mode from the perspective of a good range of characters, and Survival Mode being appropriately frustrating as you move up through the ranks. My experience online has been full of people exploiting a particular overpowered character to win fights in a boring fashion, so stick to playing with friends if you can.
A great game a must have for any Naruto fan.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is awesome!
I love this game. Very good game too play with friends.
I passed the whole game in 1 1/2 day. It's a great game and playing it online is awesome!
I recently Bought this game and I'm really enjoying it so far. A big variety of Characters and a really good Story Mode. Very recommended for all Naruto fans!
This game is brilliant, a must have for Naruto fans, gameplay is great, only disappointment some characters are only usable as support type.
The story mode covers all of the canon English dubbed anime episode (both Naruto and Naruto Shippuden) and although it isn't up to JRPG standards of length, it is a fun packed couple of hours. There's no free roam city, though. It's very much streamlined, amounting to a Tekken-style couple of battles and cutscenes. The battle system itself allows for the sort of style you see in the TV show. You can throw a barrage of shuriken at pretty much any time (and if your opponent does the same, they bounce off each other!) and the special moves are as pretty as you'd expect. The substitution meter ensures that neither you nor the opponent can simply spam dodges to get an advantage, but the AI still seems more than a little cheap in the main mode. The assist meter lets you call in allies to help. Some character are only available as an assist (they hop in, do a move that they are famous for and then hope out) but there's still over 70 characters. Unfortunately, the Part 2 characters are more powerful than the Part 1 counterparts, so apart from the ones with cheap spamming moves, you're unlikely to find any of them online. Speaking of which, online is, as ever, a mixed bag. I didn't get any lag but some opponents are good, some are bad and some are just fighting dirty, using exploits and spammable moves to get the win. There's not a lot that can be done about this, but being in a good, close match is pretty darn enjoyable. As well as the versus and online modes, there are tournaments (which are as you'd expect) and survival challenges (again, Tekken-style, with a number of consecutive opponents and small health regain between fights) as well as a sleuth of collectables which, if you choose to get all of them for the achievements, will take a while. Story mode is short but sweet, the other single player modes provide a bit of a challenge, but as is becoming popular with fighting games, you need to enjoy the battle system and take the fight online to get more than a few hours out of the game.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is a good game if you want just a pure fighter, but it's not like Ninja storm 2, which is something of a let down. Nice roster of characters though, it was fun seeing everyone from Naruto going at it.
A definite must for any Naruto fan. Graphics are great, plenty to do and will keep you occupied for hours. Best game I have played so far!
