I received excellent customer service from Zavvi and this Packard Bell Dot SC/Atom Netbook N2600 is perfect for my word processing needs.

Bought this Packard Bell Dot 10.1 Inch SC/Atom Netbook N2600 as a way of being able to write at any time - rather than using a pen and paper - and it's certainly good for that. Obviously it has the function of the internet too - no problems there - but it is slightly slower when browsing than the home PC. Battery life is OK - about 4 or 5 hours - and it recharges pretty quickly too. I have taken the advice of my teenage daughter and that is to make sure I run the battery right down to empty before recharging and unplug as soon as it has recharged! Apparently this makes the battery function better. I think the keyboard is fine considering the size - and I've got quite big hands! Overall - I'm very pleased with it - it looks good too. They say 'you get what you pay for' and this is certainly value for money!

The Packard Bell Dot 10.1 Inch SC/Atom Netbook N2600 is good but it's a very slow mini netbook.

The Packard Bell Dot 10.1 Inch SC/Atom Netbook N2600 does what it says on the tin. It's a big laptop and the battery life is brilliant. It's not the fastest I've ever used but it's certainly not the slowest either.

Packard Bell Dot 10.1 Inch SC/Atom Netbook N2600 has been a great buy for my needs not using it as a business tool.
