Great value. I haven't opened it yet, but I know what treasure lies within.

Having borrowed a friend's box set to look after whilst he's out of the country for a couple of years; I decided I should own this set! Even better it's in slimline cases so takes up less room than the previous release of this box set!

I was brought up watching these guys and loved them so much :) I am now 37 and my boy aged 13 has fell in love watching classic original black and white comedy as well. I bought this box set as it was an absolute bargain :). It has gave my family many hours of fun and entertainment money cannot buy this time together. Watching this box set has seen us sitting together again as a family should and would like to thank Zavvi for this and also shipping all the way to New Zealand.

For L & H lovers, this collection of 21 dvd's includes almost their entire works. Re-mastered & with subtitles available, it is perfect for fans old & new & still just as funny in 2017 as it ever was. Only criticism is the inclusion of computer coloured versions of some titles, which just don't look right, although thankfully the original b&w versions are also included. Bonus foreign language versions of some titles are also included for hard core buffs! Highly recommended & great value.

This box set (if you like Laurel and Hardy) is a dream and for such a great price here at Zavvi when I bought it a couple of years ago. This box set contains all of the best films of their outstanding career from Hal Roach studios including nearly all of their silents, all of their talkies, some of their interesting foreign language versions from Spain, France and Germany and ten of the best L & H feature films ever! Any other L & H box set is rubbish compared to the quality of this box.
