The typical “Kick” stack has been replaced with Portal Guns, which can be used to access the unpredictable and awesome Location Deck. These Locations can be used that turn and then they go away, but you can also buy them if you think those alternate dimensions will aid your strategy.

A Fantastic Card Game
Quick, easy to learn, but deep enough to support multiple games. It adapts the Cryptozoic Cerberus engine first seen in the DC Deck-Building Game. This Rick and Morty version is as funny and irreverent as you'd expect, with solid gameplay and good art. If you're new to board games, I'd suggest junking the awful manual, however. Watch a tutorial online instead. Either way, this is an excellent deck builder for fans and board games alike.

An awesome game at an amazing price
This deck building game is great for anyone that enjoys card games and board games more broadly. It's well worth the price and easy to learn and funny to play with all the Rick and Morty locations events and characters any Rick and Morty fan will recognise. I often play it with my wife and 12 year old son whom both love and we never know who's going to win. Must buy
