From the New World
While I can't say much about the actual story since whether you enjoy it or not is down to a personal preference I will say that I personally really enjoy the artwork, music, plot and the characters. It does have quite a slow start but when it picks up it really grabs your attention. You want to get to the next episode straight away to see what is going to happen. It's more of a "show don't tell series" so the answers to some of your questions through the show are not given to you so "in your face" and repetitively. It leaves room to wonder and think for yourself, a little creative freedom. For those who don't like cliff hangers the story does a good job at wrapping itself up in a way that there could be more but it's not necessary. The DVD's cover is really nice. The images chosen are appropriate and the discs are really nice too. It's quite an attractive thing to own. You won't getting any special extras outside of clean opening and closing animations as you might expect. I'm really happy I bought it. I knew it was something that I was going to want to watch over and over again. I think it's a series that can be overlooked. I do recommend giving it a go if the description is something you might be interested in.
