Carrie - Steel Pack Edition (Future Pak)

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE FILM IS ON OLD! BUT THE FILM IS NOT HD QUALITY!

First; this future pak is fantastic! Embossed title and also the red image of Carrie is embossed as well. Stands out well against the yellow background. No image on the back, though. The future pak feels heavier than your average steelbook, more robust, and therefore feels like a higher quality putchase. Really nice! 2; Watched this recently and some of the iconic scenes of this movie are, quite frankly, astonishing - even viewed today. This film manages to arouse a deep sense of sympathy for Carrie's character - in no small part to due to Sissy Spacek's superb performance. The film is quite rare in that it is a "touching" horror film. Don't expect blood, gore, entrails, etc. it's not that type of film. Instead, you will be treated to a movie that builds up to a breathtaking climax, and great set pieces. Films like this show how great horror films can be, when done right. This is s classic horror movie that should definitely be in your collection......now in a future pak........at a ridiculous price........WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE??!!

I hope I can find somewhere this one! The futurepak looks mesmerising and I simply love it! I hope they will make more of them in the future

Even if you are region 1 and can't play the disc!!!! At the clearance price you will kick yourself for not jumping on this one. Gorgeous embossing of title and "Carrie" herself in the penultimate scene from the movie is a true eye popper.

An Excellent classic of a film. The steel-pack also is very collectable some really nice debosing indeed. The only fault I could find was that 4 min are actually cut out of the film on this version. I have this on dvd & the whole of the movie is uncut so that was a downer. Arrived immaculate thank you.
