Classic!
Loved this film when I was a kid, and now that I have a kid of my own - I still love it ! This film is over the top in all departments and is just great fun. While not Academy Award material, it is a fun film, and at the end of the day, that's all that matters. Brian "Gordon's alive!!" Blessed is brilliant in this movie but what really steals the show is the soundtrack which was done by Queen! Of which comes with this steelbook anniversary edition. Good Fun Family Film that everyone has to see at some point in their life!

Flash Gordon - 30th Anniversary Special Edition Steelbook is a great one to add to your collection. It even features a CD soundtrack! The film is a classic sci-fi with plenty of action. It's a must buy.
What do you mean, Flash Gordon approaching?
Great film, filmed in a cheesy style that is perfect for the story, brilliant transfer on Bluray. Not many extras though, not even the music video which is a great shame, a missed opportunity. "GORDON'S ALIVE?"

What can i say... a true classic sci-fi cheesy fun masterpiece with all the edges polished up nicely... looks great on bluray... a real bargain especially as it's a steelbook...5 stars!
Flash wipes the floor with the competition!
The Flash Gordon Blu-ray is a crisp transfer, with beautifully simple steelbook packaging and the Queen soundtrack CD thrown in. What's not to like about this? It's probably the greatest home presentation of the classic 80s film, that is - Flash Gordon! And with the clarity given by the power of Blu-ray, one can easily believe Gordon is indeed alive!
