Award-winning director Joe Wright creates a boldly original suspense thriller with Hanna, starring Academy Award-nominee Saoirse Ronan (The Lovely Bones, Atonement) in the title role.
Raised by her father (Eric Bana of Star Trek), an ex-CIA man, in the wilds of Finland, Hanna’s upbringing and training have been one and the same, all geared to making her the perfect assassin. The turning point in her adolescence is a sharp one; sent into the world by her father on a mission, Hanna journeys stealthily across Europe while eluding agents dispatched after her by a ruthless intelligence operative with secrets of her own (Academy Award-winner Cate Blanchett). As she nears her ultimate target, Hanna faces startling revelations about her existence and unexpected questions about her humanity.

From start to finish and how ever many times i watch it this movie keeps me entertained, plenty of action and great acting .
Missed this film when it originally came out, so thought I'd catch up. Glad I did, I found the film quite exciting and better than I had anticipated. Lots of action from start to finish. Saoirse Ronan is becoming a good little actress and plays her part very well. If you just want to watch a decent fantasy thriller with your feet up in front of the fire, I recommend you give this film a try.
I didn't think much of this film after watching the trailer but the actual film entertained me a lot. The score from the chemical brothers is brilliant and fits well in action scenes. The film is pretty dark so probably just made the 12A cut. A few more violent scenes could of made it an 15. Overall a film that i really enjoyed and would watch again and again.
