This 10 DVD collection is not a box of the 90s animated series. It contains 10 DVDs, 5 contain a couple of episodes each from the 90s series (the first 2 and bit discs of season 1). 3 are films related to the 90s series "Mask of the Phantasm" "The Batman/Superman Movie" and "Mystery of the Batwoman" the remaining 2 DVDs are volumes 1 and 2 of "Batman the Brave and the Bold" the most recent and lightest of the Batman cartoons. I was honestly expecting to have all the seasons of the 90s dark deco animated series contained in this box set. Even so, if you are a batman fan you will get enjoyment from this box set, but if you're like me, and thought this set was going to complete your collection, prepare to be bitterly disappointed.

Batman: Animated Collection is an all-round treasure of delights. One of the nicest box sets around, and not overpriced. It comes in a good presentation box, and 10 great titles to choose from.

My 5 year old boy said it was the best thing he has ever watched, so I'd definitely say this is one for the kids, and avid fans of Batman.

A must-have for the Batman fan!
An incredible collection of animated movies from the series of the 1990's. The box contains 10 dvds in separate full sized dvd cases, inside a nice box: Mask of the Phantasm Brave and the Bold vol 1 Brave and the bold vol 2 Batman Superman movie Batman: Legend Begins Volume 1 Batman: Legend Begins Volume 2 The Animated series: Tales of the Dark Knight The Animated series: Out of the Shadows The Animated series: Secrets of a Caped Crusader Mystery of the Batwoman Some of the movies are episodes from the series combined. The quality is very good for a 20 year old cartoon, plus the DVDs are nice and colourful.

Batman Animated Collection
As a long time fan of all things Batman {comics, books, live action movies and video games} I thought I would delve into the different animated versions, of which there have been a few. As a broad collection the Batman: Animated Collection box set is excellent, not only in terms of value but also in the range of styles and versions of Batman (my favourite comic book character of all time) it offers. Very well worth collection of quality animated stories and a mix of full length animated movies and shorter episodes from the various TV series. Great.
