I had watched Battle: Los Angeles before but couldn't remember much about it. I wasn't disappointed. Although it is very similar to 'War of the Worlds', it is more up to today's standards. The special effects were good, as was the acting. I shall definitely watch it again and recommend it to anyone who enjoys a bit of sci-fi.
Independance day meets district 9. Great use of the camera puts you right in the action. Great effects that aren't so OTT that the film plays 2nd fiddle to the effects
