    Description

Written and directed by Academy Award winner Jane Campion, Bright Star is a riveting drama based on the three year romance between 19th century poet john Keats and Fanny Brawne, which was cut short by Keats' untimely death at age 25. Ben Whishaw (The International) and Abbie Cornish (Elizabeth:The Golden Age) stars as Keats and Brawne, respectively.+

A feast for the eyes and emotions indeed !

The cover reads "A feast for the eys and emotions" and if ever such a big statement was capable of being understated it's here. The way this film is written and shot its truely a work of beauty. I wish I could do it justice with my writing but You'd have to be Dylan Thomas,Worsworth or John Keats himself. A truely passionate love story, that can only truely understood by living it or by watching a master paint it the same way Jane Campion has here. If you enjoy period drama, love stories or are just a fan of brilliantly produced movies, this is a must see film for you.
