Brink is a poor game with little excitement, the gameplay is bad. I am disappointed with this game.

Good shooter
Brink has its own builds and effective classes, much more so than COD or BF2. Maps are all colourful but a little bit small, which doesn't matter that much in my opinion. If you find good team mates, then this game is worth so much more than its price.

Poor game
This is one of those game that you play for fun but not for gameplay . For me it was a waste of time because i'm one of those gamers that put accent on gameplay and this game has gameplay 0 , full of bugs and poor sound effects etc.

Great
This seems to have been criminally ignored by the masses. Good action, good graphics, some genuine innovation (not a word you can apply to many FPS games). Plenty of fun to be had with it. Absolute bargain at the current prices. I would have been happy paying a lot more for it.

Multiplayer Isn't That Scary
Visually, Brink stands out from other hyper-realistic shooters with it's bright colours and almost cartoonish characters. There is nothing notable about the audio but gameplay is fast paced and frenetic. As someone who prefers to go it solo in games I was worried that Brink wouldn't hold enough for me. What I found was a game that was still enjoyable in single player but also provide a great introduction to those that like their shooters but rarely venture into the multiplayer realm. After a few rounds of single player I was able to easily transition to online. I'm not sure I will still be playing Brink in a few months time but for a quick lesson in online shooters I couldn't be happier.

ok so here i am,writing my first review... First of all I need to say that I'am italian so don't look at my bad english :D Brink it's a multiplayer based first person shooter, fast paced and with a cartoon graphic.The gameplay put singleplayer and multiplayer in a unique thing, you will go trought the all storyline playing with real people, there's also singleplayer where you can play with computer bots but it's not the same thing, so if you are searching for a singleplayer game brink it's not what you are searching for ! The all game is based on cooperation with other player and team game, in the mission the game will ask you to complete different tasks that will depends on what type of class you have chosen at the beginning of the game. The most impressive thing of the game it's the editor that will allow you to create any kind of character or to modify your guns, choosing from a very wide range of clothings, hairstyles, faces and anything you'll need for your character, you will also gain other clothes and stuff during the game, the only limit it's you immagination!
