A bit slow

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I was hoping this would be a bit like broken sword one of my favourite games but it doesn't quite match up. I'm not far into the game but tasks seem rather simple so why a 12 rating when a 5 year old could do it, although I think they'd soon get bored. An okay game for okay money.

A little bit of Monkey Island...

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Captain Morgane and the Golden Turtle is a beautiful game. I have no complaint about the graphics and the music is great. Animation and cutscenes are ugly, which is understandable. Humour is ok but not comparable to the Monkey Island games unfrtunately. The tasks to be solved are quite good actually. For me this game was a little cure for the lack of new Monkey Island games. It is really worth a try and for the eyes it is just beautiful. I recommend it to Monkey Island fans but don't go in with very high expectations. It's worth a try for adventure fans and for the full HD graphics.
