Nice game with great graphic. Cool to play it with friends.
It's a good game. Many things to do instead of only dual fight like in other games.
One of the best fighting games and with very good graphics but I think the story mode is little short.
What a pleasure to play with the super heroes and super evil. Fun and easy to play from the beginning.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is a really interesting game if, like me, you enjoy super heroes and DC comic books. If it is not your case, or you seek some kind of on-line fighting game, it is just an OK game and you can find better options.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is one of the most interesting fighting games of the year! I love comic book heroes and fighting games, so having both in this game is super exciting! I hope Marvel does something similar with their characters.
I've received it yesterday from my girlfriend... great game!! Good graphic and game play! Very incredible game and a must have for everyone's love fighting game!
Injustice: Gods Among Us is what it is; a great fighting game. If you're a fan of Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter and all the others, then you'll easily enjoy this. Even more so if you like the DC comics! If you like fighting games then buy this. End of.
Between my son and his Dad, this Injustice: Gods Among Us game was completed in three days which was quite disappointing - but for the price we paid on Zavvi we can't complain!
I really love this game. It has great graphics, great story and great selections of DC characters. The fan's favourites are all here: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, the Flash. The fighting system is a bit of a combination between Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter IV. Finishing moves are over the top. Story cutscenes are about 2 hours in total. Arenas are interactive and work differently towards Power and Gadget focused characters. If you like 2D fighting games with 3D graphics like SFIV then you will love this game. Don't miss this one!
The product was good but DPD was bad they didn't even turn up on the day it was supposed to come, in the end it came after two days.
I'm really pleased with the Injustice: Gods Among Us and the fast delivery from Zavvi.com.
No other fighting games are superior than Injustice: Gods Among Us in visuals and game play mechanism, with tons of replay value plus the new storyline mode which gives hours and hours of endless enjoyment.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is brilliant I love this game and it deserves 5 stars.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is not Mortal Kombat but it is a great standalone game. I gave it 4 starts for two reasons: short campaign story, after I got used to the R2 defense, now they change it to left stick?! Besides that it's a great game with the feel for unique combos and moves for each character. Online connectivity is better then MK. The story is great however it's short. Overall it is a great game to order and a great price on Zavvi!
Injustice: Gods Among Us is probably the best fighting game of the year and it brings everything that a fighting need; competitive online, easy combo strings a good Story and loads of characters. A must buy!
Perfect game! Very beautifull graphics! Nice combat system.
Injustice: Gods Among Us has fantastic game-play to start with a fascinating story line! However it did get a little repetitive. It's easily one of the best beat 'em ups game-play wise, but the character selection felt limited. With the huge catalogue of DC characters, I felt they could have done more. It's a good, strong game that's great to start with, but after the storyline is completed it struggles to keep your attention.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is a great game!
Fighting games have never really been my style but as a big comic book fan I thought I'd check out Injustice: Gods Among Us! I'm absolutely hooked, the characters feel really true to themselves and the controls do not take long to adjust to! The story mode is really well put together and the vast selection of battle modes gives plenty of variety to keep coming back for more. I would definitely recommend it to anybody that's ever had fun playing a fighting game!
I bought Injustice: Gods Among Us for my son's birthday - it has been a real hit. Zavvi were by far the cheapest supplier and delivered within 2 days using standard post (free delivery), so I will certainly use them again.
Injustice: Gods Among Us - Pre-order Edition Includes Batman: Arkham City DLC is the best fighting game I have ever played.
The game itself, well what can I say? Injustice: Gods Among Us is an awesome game! And what a fantastic deal from Zavvi! Excellent customer satisfaction as always from Zavvi!
Injustice: Gods Among Us sees you placed on an Earth which has had several cities destroyed by nuclear devices, killing millions of people. The person behind all of this? None other than the Joker. It's accomplished (in comparison to other beat 'em ups) but sadly the quite brief story sees you deal with the aftermath of this, giving DC fans some unexpected twists and a darker, yet believable edge to the characters. The inclusion of a 'Missions' mode also adds longevity, giving you the chance to unlock additional content whilst playing a mix of mini games and task-based brawling. The combat is nicely varied; some characters flow much better than others at the start, others work better at a distance than up close, a couple are powerhouses and a few more are athletic and agile. When up against a human competitor, some characters can be abused for their spamming ability, but it is possible to counteract this with some characters. There are also impressive super moves, which can get a bit repetitive if used over and over, but aren't too overdrawn and look quite flashy, whilst dealing a fair portion of damage. However, even these are balanced, with some great mechanics meaning that taking a chance with a massive attack can leave you vulnerable further down the line. All-in-all, it's a fantastic game. Though it will appeal more to DC fans, and there aren't masses of combos to learn which may well be a disapproval point amongst the beat 'em up elite, it's a well-executed take on the DC Universe which is fun to play, at least for the short/medium term.
I loved it. It was the best game I have ever played. And I love playing battles with the Arkham City skins. Thank you for sending me this game and I hope that I will shop again.
In a nut shell, I would describe Injustice: Gods Among Us - Pre-order Edition Includes Batman: Arkham City DLC as the mechanics of MK9, with a few added tweaks, no death moves and more interactive environments. The story mode you will finish easily in 3 hours, and to be honest, it's not the greatest story considering some of the characters which are in the DC catalog, but it's good enough to keep you playing and interested in how it plays out. There are a few additional modes to prolong its lifespan, and all in all, it is actually a very good beat 'em up. Now I'm not a massive DC comic guy or anything but I know the basic characters. I'm not keen on how Superman is looking or portrayed in this game. Batman is as Batman always is, and so are Joker and Harley. There's a lot of characters here that most people won't know, that's just because DC hasn't been as much in the Hollywood spotlight as let's say the Marvel cast and that's somewhat of a downfall. Some characters seem to be here just to make up the numbers as they're not really that active in the story mode, which does focus around Superman, Batman and Joker as you may expect. For me, they should have included some other characters, let's say from the Superman and Batman universe as that's who most people will be familiar with. But, there's 20+ heroes and villains here to play with. As a beat 'em up though, it plays really well (if you like how MK9 plays). The character design, stage design and details in both are amazing. The levels are very interactive, and different characters react to the environments differently. For example, Doomsday can throw items that smaller characters like the Flash can just jump or swing off and such, as he isn't strong enough, which is really a nice touch. You can knock players through walls and into the next environment very nicely with pain filled cut scenes as they are thrown through and knocked about. I was actually hoping for a little more though. The main let down is only a slightly weak story and lack of familiar characters that you would want to play as, which is hardly a horrible bad point. Personally MK9 is better, the story was better and there were more interesting, familiar characters. This does have a few nice touches added, which almost make up for its shortfalls, but it's definitely worth a blast on, you'll enjoy it I'm pretty sure!
