Pretty Good
Pros: Red Dead Redemption is a long game with pretty good gameplay and a very interesting story and just like GTA and L.A. Noire, it has secondary missions. Cons: A little repetitive sometimes and I was expecting better graphics but overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Undoubtedly the stand-out star of this generation
Building on Rockstar Games' reputation for excellent open-world games, Red Dead Redemption has to be one of the most immersive games I've ever played. The scenery is breathtaking, so much so that you'll find yourself exploring on horseback just to appreciate the views. But Red Dead Redemption isn't just a pretty face; its story is gritty and full of twists, whilst the action is absolutely spot on! Guns feel powerful, and the slow-motion 'Dead Eye' feature adds Matrix-esque style to the already intense shootouts. Add to this a haunting score and superb sound effects, and it's hard to think why anyone wouldn't buy this game.

Great game
Red Dead Redemption is one of the rare and most valuable video game which lets you play as a cowboy in the wild west. The Gameplay is just great and the feeling of adventure is faithfully reproduced. The story and playground are huge enough to play for hours. The online gameplay is tons of fun as well. Trust me, Red Dead Redemption is definitely a must have game for your PS3.

Bringing the wild back to the Wild West.
The American West has made actors famous and writers rich. It has inspired children on the playground and grizzled country singers alike. Its stories of heroes and bandits, gold rushes and simple homesteaders have been fictionalized and romanticized to the point that they're known the world over. And yet, videogame makers have either ignored the setting or attempted to squeeze it into existing game conventions with limited success. That has all changed now that Rockstar, the group made famous for its Grand Theft Auto series, turned its eye towards the Wild West. No game maker has approached the period with as much passion and power as Red Dead Redemption. This is the new bar that all Westerns must strive to reach.

Red Dead Redemption is an awesome game, there's so much to do, and a lot of replay value. I also got the Undead-Nightmare addon pack which is great fun and adds at least another 6 hours gameplay to an already fantastically long game. Highly recommend this title!

Rockstar is one of my favourite game developers, so i had to try this game, and they did not disappoint me this time either, Red Dead Redemption is in my opinion one of the best games ever released. If you enjoy games with a great story, and enjoyed the GTA series, you will love this game.

You just have to have Red Dead Redemption! It does indeed deserve Game Of The Year title. Gameplay is excellent and the plot carries on all the way to the finish. Lot's of side missions and skills to do if you want to carry on and extend the experience. This is by far the best Western game there is!

Amazing
Red Dead Redemption is easily the best Western game you'll ever play until Rockstar makes the better. This game is often compared to GTA4 and said Western version of GTA4 but I disagree in some way because while I did not like GTA4 much I loved Red Dead Redemption in short time. Riding horse, using guns is truly great feeling in this game. If you like Western theme and own a PS3, you should buy this game.

You laughing at my horse stranger?
Awesome game. Great graphics. Easy to play. A massive sandbox world to explore with loads of different options available. My only criticism is that for the non full on gamer, for the gamer that only gets the occasional chance to play, this is perhaps too big a game. You cant just pick it up and play it for ten minutes. To get the most out of Red Dead you would have to immerse yourself in the game, build up your character, unlock a lot of the content etc. Other than that this is a serious must play for any PS3 owner. A very good game (one that actually entertains when you are sitting watching someone else play it as well as when you are actually playing because the graphics are so good then watching the game is seriously like watching a movie).

Is the best game of the year 2010. Worth all the 100 million dollars they spent to create it. The sound is very good and the story is very engaging. The gameplay is fantastic and the graphics as well. I personally enjoyed very much and recommend it to all lovers, and the west GTA :). So try it ;)

GOTY so far. You really get involved in the world and the story. Must-have for all ps3 and x360 owners.There´s a lot of things to do and the game can last months, including the massive multiplayer and all secondary mission in the single player world. 5/5 10/10
