Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is the eagerly awaited fourth installment in the legendary Ghost Recon series, an incredibly action packed third person shooter saga, brought to you by Ubisoft. This series has always specialised in providing stunning visuals, blood pumping action, and the most high tech weaponry and artillery known to man, often based on real-life prototypes for the military or researched by DARPA.
Ghost Recon 4 Future Soldier Launch Trailer
The story is set in the near future, with Russia in the throes of a civil war and the President being held captive by Russian nationalists. You are part of an elite team assigned to stop them; you are a Ghost soldier, the best of the best. Your group is part of Specialised Tactics, a Special Mission Unit under the direction of the Joint Special Operations Command, and the cream of the US Special Forces crop.
A new and specialised wide range of artillery and suits are available within this game, with the option of wearing the highly coveted thermoptic camouflage suit, which allows an even higher degree of stealth. Another incredibly developed suit featured in this new chapter of Ghost Recon is the exoskeleton, otherwise known as the exo-tech suit. This improves both mobility and physicality, and allows you to carry twice as much at half the weight. The exo-tech suit also enables plenty of features that will enhance your game experience, for example the link up system, which allows you to link up or split off from your unit at any time. This system combines and shares the specialised class abilities that the other people in your unit possess, meaning you can use the sniper's heartbeat detector, the engineer's drone system, the recon's optical camouflage, and more. Whilst linked up, your unit moves and acts as one, delivering the most clean and precise kills.
With an exceptional combination of stealth, situation analysis, close quarters combat, and a wide range of weapons (from classic AK-47s to more upgraded artillery such as SCAR-Ls), Future Soldier offers everything a specially trained Ghost operative and gamer could ask for. (Cat Emerson)

I just can say that this game is awesome. is true that graphically the game does not correspond to the expected, but once forgotten this, everything else he has to offer is simply fantastic. Recommend for all those who love strategy/action games
The best game of the year!
Ok, I know it's not a new game, but somehow is is still quite playable. Graphics is solid most of the time and very good mechanics are in place. You really feel like mini tactician on the battlefield. There are few things missing like ability to hide bodies of executed enemies, the world is quite enclosed and you feel sometimes that the makers had not foresee the way to progress that you have just invented. And there is not enough hand to hand combat. Bad things: - Frame rate drops sometimes (to the point of freezing) - Limits to your movement, closed paths, unforeseen ways of progressing. - You do not feel you actually progress as a soldier... Good things: - Sync shot - bloody hell this is fun! - Tactics - just a bit of it but enough to make you feel in control and kind of modern assassin! - Story is good enough. - I loved the ending with hidden criticism towards american politics. Over all... Solid game with strong replayability! Do not expect next gen coz it's not, but it is great fun! Qube recommends with clear conscience (well, a bit dirty conscience after killing so many enemies)
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier features solid gameplay. This is a game about tactics and teamwork. This is not for COD fans.
I really loved Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier. It's a really good third person shooter with excellent game mechanics. The shipping was quick and I'm glad I had pre-ordered this game.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier is an excellent game. I am so happy.
...but it is quite brutal. What I enjoyed in particular is the multiplayer/connectivity. The local co-op is very entertaining and challenging. And if you got an iPad (or android device?!) you can see your MP stats, customize your weapons (Gunsmith) and even more.
Very good game. I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates good shooters.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier is absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend it to anyone.
Very good game. If you like first person shooters then don't miss out!
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier is a good return of the Ghost Recon series. It contains non-stop action.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier has stunning graphics and tactical game play. It's a very interesting game!
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier's 2 player co-op mode is only available online. There is only the Guerilla mode in local games.
Good game at a great price. If you enjoy first person shooters then you must buy Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier.
Best game ever made, fact! If you haven't played it then buy it immediately because you will never need to buy another game ever again.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier was great. I am really enjoying it and would certainly recommended it.
I own Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier on PC and PS3, and I can say that this is the best ever. It has brilliant tactics, excellent multi-player, interesting maps and great weapons and equipment. I recommend it to anyone who loves this type of game.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier is a very good game.
Unlike CoD, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 4: Future Soldier is a tactical game with more emphasis of working together and co-op.
Ghost Recon is a series that never really stepped outside the "average" status, and "Future Soldier" is no different. We would assume the creators would get it right by now, and understand what makes gamers play these kind of games, but it doesn't seem to be the case. The graphics are just a step above average, the sound seems solid, but it can be ridiculous at times (Africans speaking Portuguese in a Brazilian accent? It's not funny, its just incompetent research). Not enough attention to detail was put into it, and it shows. Regarding game-play; The levels are small, and the game just makes the player do and go where it wants it to go, creating Hollywood-like action set-pieces, but there's no real freedom or clever tactics to use most of the times. There's always the impression the action happens in spite of you, and not because of you. And with the AI buddies to help you, you can just relax and let them do all the work. but where's the fun in that?
