Red Dead Kill Everything

This is a game that is very well crafted and a lot of time has gone into making it a believable western. It definitly feels very similar to grand theft auto in terms of mission structure and memorable characters but it also distinguishes itself in several ways too. one of these being the hunting aspect to the game, in which you hunt different animals ans sell their skins. There are a few problems with glitches in the game but overall they are not enough to spoil the experience and anyone playing should have a lot of fun.

Red Dead Redemption Review

When I first played this game round a mate's house, it was love at first sight. Red Dead Rdemption is probably the best sandbox game I have ever played. It's not the story or gameplay that amazed me (though they are both brilliant) it was the amount of things there are to do, there are numerous animals to hunt, from bears to armadillos, to birds and deer. There are citizens in distress, bounty missions and minigames such as poker and blackjack, and thats just a small amount of what there actually is to do. The graphics and general gameplay are excellent too, just riding around the huge open world gives me immense satisfaction, and the sunsets across the plain simply couldn't be better. The world actually seems alive as well, people call for help, bandits stick up helpless people at the side of the road, and thats not even the half of it! Everything about this game is perfect, from the graphics right down to the poisonous snakes that attack you in the grass. Rockstar has done it again, a definite must buy. P.S, buy it from Zavvi, best price I could find.

So much better than GTA

I think Rockstar have really outdone themselves here. They've always amazed me, but this game I was really blown away and with the price Zavvi are charging it is comletely worth it. I have recently completed the main story of this game. The story deserves a 10/10, and I'm still finding things to do. All I will say is 'get it.' Easily best game this year.

Red Dead Redemption

This game is massively inviting to any person as it makes you feel as if you are John Marston, taking out bandits, hunting deadly bears or (if you're into the bad- guy thing) robbing trains and leaving women tied up on train tracks to await their impending doom. Rockstar have outdone themselves this time with a truly inspiring story taking us back into the old west, throwing us into the action to show off the many awesome features this game holds. I would give this game a well deserved 5/5 as I believe this is a game filled with the pure brilliance of Rockstar's true potential.

All I can say really is WOW!!!!! This game is immense, so much to do, collect and see in single player I haven't even touched multiplayer yet!!!! I love this game and can see no other gracing my disc tray for a good while yet! This is definitely a MUST buy. 9.5/10

GTA meets WILD WILD WEST

just played a few hours at a friend and must say that im totally impressed from this game. right from the beginning everything looks and feels like you seen it in so many western movies before. the grafiks are stunning and nearly perfekt (some pop up and fade in) and the sound is amazing as ever in rockstar games. the animations looking verry good and the detail in the world is amzing. the game world is really large and has nearly no loading times. the only technical thing i can critic is that the music repeats to often but this is because of the missing radio stations. the game itself plays like gta and most of the gameplay mechanics have been implemented and improved from gta iv and are easy to master. cover system now is important and easier to handle than in gta. only the auto aiming is a bit to strong for my opinion but you can turn it of if you want (which i prefer because i found it way to easy with auto aiming) you can do so many things outside the missions that you never getting tired of riding with your horse trough the plains. and even if you can use a nice fast travel system to get to every known position. most of the side missions are placed in the world and rather come across. if you want a game with huge content and 100+ hours of gameplay you have to buy this game. overall this is the game of the year for me and the best open world game youve ever seen. rating: presentation: 10/10 graphics: 9/10 sound: 9/10 gameplay: 10/10 overall: 9,5/10

Amazing game

Must buy!

I have seen alot of games be hyped up and were just complete failures, not mentioning any names (WaW). This game has the foundations to redifine the online multiplayer experiance on a whole new level. However rockstar are not only famed for making great online games, there actually very gifted at making interactive, engaging single player story lines which will have you on the edge of your seat. So why should this game be any different?. Just buy it and you'll see what i mean.

Red Dead Redemption Alive

Oh yeah! This is what I'm talking about. Shooting in the wild west like never before. I've played Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, but that's nothing compared to this pearl of a game. I like the small activities like bounty-hunting and all that funny stuff. I'm not even on the half of the storyline. This game is huge. You would say that a desert would be really boring. But in fact it isn't. Enough to do I would say. I've been checking out the multi player for about 3 hours. Goldrush is my favourite mode. This multi player is comparable to GTA IV's, but the setting is wholly different, so the modes differ a bit. Why is this game not rated with 5 stars? Well, because the action on foot like jumping, covering etc. is very slow. I was very irritated about that in GTA IV and Episodes from Liberty City. So I thought it would be fixed by now. Still it's quite slow. Maybe because this is a sandbox game in 3rd person perspective. So the story is amazing, huge world, massive multi player, but slow on-foot action. That's why I give this game a 85.
